How do I order a ps5 that says shop open box ?? null

This means its an item that has been returned, but certified by Best Buy staff as in good working order with little damage or use. Also comes with factory warranty still (I believe). The only caveat is that you have to go pick it up in the store that has the returned item (they will not ship it). Unfortunatley, Best Buy won't tell you what store that is, you just have to have your location and preferred store listed on your account and it will tell you whether or not it is available for you (I believe).
