Same thing happened to me, I checked with chat on if they could assist since the account couldn't be reached, and they told me not to worry. Then while they wasted my time for 20 minutes, it sold out. They said since "It's a high demand product, not to worry, not to worry, I understand, it's high demand so it will be restocked soon. I understand it's not available but it will be soon so keep an eye out!" Not helpful at all, Best Buy really doesn't care about the real consumer, just that delicious bot money.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes this is a problem that is still going on. Happened to me today. However I was already logged in and when I tried to go to my cart it prompted me to log in but would not accept my credentials. I also share your frustration.
