I wish that I could give you a straight answer, but all that I can offer is a statement of agreement and solidarity with you. As much money as Elite and Elite Plus members spend, plus their loyalty, you would think that those loyal and long term purchasing customers would have that loyalty reciprocated by Best Buy. But I guess Best Buy is all about the money now...
