Normally there would be a link to sign up for notifications, but as Best Buy doesn't know exact numbers yet and hasn't been authorized by Sony to go ahead with a second wave, they cannot yet notify of availability. That's why it says coming soon, because as of right now there are none left.

Saying that they do have it in stocks but they’re not allowed to release it all out at once. So the person told me to be on a look out. They have it in their location but it’s not on stock because of crazy people like us. Oh well I will wait until desperate people get it first and I’ll get it in a year until they fix all the bugs.
