If you get that far, dont start over. Just keep refreshing the cart . Eventually you will get to the email/text confirmation code. After that it is credit card processing. NEVER start over after it shows in your cart regardless of message. I spent 10 minutes to complete the sale AFTER it was in the cart. It even told me my cart was emoty at one point and then it showerd back up.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If after clicking "add to cart" the screen scrolls you up and you get the red box saying it hasn't been added to the cart yet, followed by the "one more step etc" message, keep hitting the yellow "add to cart" button every few seconds. If it gets added to your cart, then proceed through the checkout process and you will get a page asking for a verification code, don't close it once your there, they are going to email you a code to the address on your BestBuy account. I got it pretty quickly, maybe 30 seconds after I got to the code input page during checkout. It helps to both be logged into your bestbuy account and have your email open in another tab. If you can, keep your phone ready, you may get a call from your bank! More on that shortly. Copy/paste that code from your email into the box, be careful not to submit it with a space or something, but if you mess up the entry it will let you retry. Then continue with your checkout information, credit/debit card, address etc. It may give you a message saying it couldn't process your order, but don't fret yet, don't close the page. It eventually updated the submit button without me needing to refresh so I could click it again. I must have clicked submit 10 times before it finally went through and confirmed the order! But keep reading this is important to know too: Shortly thereafter I got a phone call from my bank's automated fraud saying the payment was declined, I had to listen and punch in a few buttons to authorize the payment. Once I did that, I went to check on my order at bestbuy to see if it was canceled after the declined payment/fraud message from the bank, but thankfully the order was still there, and it had a red box warning me I needed to update the payment info. I did as it asked and it confirmed the order was good to go! GOOD LUCK EVERYONE! (Unless your a scalper, then boo to you!)
