I had in my cart but it would not let me pay??? null

Because it sold out. Just because it’s in your cart does not mean it’s yours. Not until the payment is processed.

Keep trying if it’s in your cart i had mine in my cart it kept staying on the same page when I tried to go to the next but after a hour of trying it finally went trough

I had this same Issue, Twice! I started at 9:10 am. I had one in my cart, got the email code, went to pay and the page failed. I did the who process a second time, got email code, went to pay and again..page lagged out! Spent the next 6 hours,.. 6!, trying to get a page that said Add to Cart and nothing. I sure got (Open Box), but How? It's New! Found out that their were issues on the site because the Site was being Bombarded by BOTS from Scalpers who now have their PS5's on eBay for $1900 bucks I suggested they add a second layer of security for Us Live people to be able to get ourselves a PS5, but who knows. Supposedly, there will be a Restock on Nov 22nd,.. but no time specified. Keep an Eye out and Good Luck. I'm hoping for success for a change. Never had an issue like this before Ever!

Same here. I went to checkout, entered in my account details, entered my name and address but when I clicked the button to enter my card info the website stopped working. No reason I don’t have one preordered now.

Same problem i had it was in my cart even went to the pay screen more than once. And it wouldn't let me check out and i signed on as soon as email hit. It sucks. I was buying for my sons christmas ohh well. Better luck next time i guess

I had it in my cart and it would not let me pay. So I left it there and kept hitting checkout every 15 minutes for literally two hours. Shortly after 2:15a the payment went through and I was able to check out. Got my confirmation letter about 10 minutes after that re the purchase. Just had to wait out the people who got frustrated. Once the system was not flooded then it went through.

had the same problem kept trying didnt work the dozens of times i did it but then finally went thru if its in your cart then as long as you dont empty it thats been removed from their allotment its just so many people on the site trying to get one is causing problems keep trying it worked for me.

Hmm maybe cause it SOLD OUT before you got to pay for it

Because it sold out. Just because it’s in your cart does not mean it’s yours. Not until the payment is processed.
