• Right now you have order online there not in stores right now. I would recommend setting up an account on bestbuy and request to get an email when the ps5 is back in stock.

• Most best buys are doing online only. However, a handful of Best Buy’s are doing walk in purchases.

• They have to be bought online and picked up. The reason they are not being delivered is because that many people are stealing ps5 packages.
