• Ask Best Buy employees to make sure. Bring the receipt and within 30 days or so to get it refunded or exchange for another same item. Hope it helps. :)

• Yes I believe you can, just go to your local Best Buy and explain the problem, that’s not good knowing that it’s a brand new controller
