Mine didn’t have the voucher in it. Called customer service and they sent me a $69.99 gift card to purchase game

Buy an open box from Best Buy if you are just looking for parts to repair your old one. Thats what Open Box at Best Buy means because Best Buy will not fix or verify that the unit is working. Excellent condition means its been returned once, Good condition means its been returned twice... etc. And Customer Service is a joke.
