From store.playstation.com Log into your PSN account From the dropdown menu that is your PSN name, click on Subscriptions Management and your PS Plus expiration date will appear.

Please try again later.sure I'll be happy to help you with this question I took two screenshots down below showing you how to see if your subscription is active and when it will end. #1 first boot up your PlayStation 4 #2 when the system fully boots up on the very far left you'll see (PlayStation Plus) click on it #3 then at the top right-hand corner will show your PSN ID under that will say (manage membership) click on itit will open a small menu and say subscription in online storage click on subscription #4 once you click on subscription it will then show your PlayStation Plus membership Bill show the title of which one you activated and it will tell you how much you paid for it and then it will tell you your starting date and your expiring date and when your next renew date will be (now under that will be two options to extend or turn on and off auto renew) those are extra functions if you want to extend your subscription and stack it or you can turn on your auto renew so you don't have to keep buying the cards but you would have to happy credit card for that function) again I took pictures down below to help they also show my PSN ID so if you want you can just add me as a friend but just put in the message who you are so I know and if you have any other questions I'll be happy to help threw PSN if you had my PSN ID from the picture. hope that would help answer your question

The location where you are able to change your debit/credit card you will also see the expiration date of your membership. It is 12 months from the date of activation btw, not the date of purchase.
