Q: QuestionTurn on ps4. Dongle flashes white. Turn on headset and it connects. Two second later audio cutts off headset and plays thru tv. Dongle solid white so I know it's connected. Also Friends say mic works. Have to get out audio wire cause can't fix.

• A:Answer The only thing I can tell you is that your headset battery might be dead. if not that then you should try checking your audio settings on the ps4. Sorry for any inconvenience

• A:Answer They charge via USB-C. The headset comes with a USB to USB-C charging cord which can be plugged into anything: Wall outlet, USB car port and pretty much anything else. Very easy to charge though and they hold their charge exceptionally well. Get em ' you won't be disappointed

• A:Answer Yes, even if you can't connect two dongles, the headset comes with a way to plug directly into the controller. I don't think the microphones work, but the sound works just fine.
