Also, Install the speaker system and subwoofer at a distance of 1.5 m (5 ft) or more from a wireless LAN router, etc. It may also be improved by setting the [Setup] - [Advanced Settings] - [Speaker Settings] - [Wireless Speaker Settings] - [Wireless Playback Quality] to [Connection]. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Call Sony Cs and have them walk you through the complete reset of both the Soundbar and the sub. I have done this twice. Now the first thing I do when I turn on the Sony a 90 tv and the 7000 Soundbar and Sw 5 sub I go to a saved Jurassic park and hit the scene with a lot of bass to test. If no crackle- then good to go. If crackle- then I unplug The Soundbar and the Sub and wait 30 seconds. This happens about every 4 days or so. Unfortunately all the Soundbar folks do not give you a hardwired connection. This would solve it. Good luck.
