- Answer Thank you for your question! If the batteries are dead, you will not hear any sound coming from the hearing aid. If you're unsure, it may be beneficial to purchase a hearing aid battery tester online. The Sony CRE-C10 battery life is estimated to be up to 70 hours with normal use. When the battery is running low, you will hear an alert signal from the hearing aid. We recommend changing both hearing aid batteries at that time. Erin

- Answer No. These are strictly hearing amplifiers. That said, they are the best amplifiers of the 5 I have tried. I have tried two, Jabra and earPod pros, and neither were as good as these Sony aids. I recommend you avoid blue tooth and buds that take calls or stream.

- Answer No, they are not bluetooth connected. And, in my opinion, you don't want them to be. I wear one of my sony aids and put my iPod in the other ear for music etc.
