“I have an MHC-V21 that shuffle plays my USB drive with 1,000+ mp3’s on it. The shuffle capability is the reason I bought it. Does the V71 have the same shuffle capability? Will it play and shuffle DVD with mp3’s on it as well as a USB drive?”

When playback is stopped, press PLAY MODE repeatedly. The following indicators light up on the display. • “SHUF”: shuffles all playable files on the disc or USB device. • “FLDR SHUF”*: shuffles all playable files in the specified folder on the disc or USB device. Note: FLDR SHUF cannot be selected for AUDIO CD.
