A:AnswerHi, ry1633!
You can transfer playlists created using the music center for Windows or iTunes/Content transfer for Mac to the Walkman. Playlists in the m3u file format can be managed on the Walkman. However, the WPL files will not work. We recommend using music center(Windows) or Content transfer(Mac) for your walkman.

A:AnswerThe outer frame feels like metal (the player is heavier than it looks), though the back plate may be plastic. I've put mine in a Fat Bear case (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07NY5SBJL/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) for added protection.
A:AnswerHi, BenGolfing!
We do recommend using the Music center app for this walkman. More information about the SD card on this link below.

A:AnswerComecase makes one that I just got. Fits well and room for earbuds/cable. I doubt I can say where I got it here, but search for:
"MP3 & MP4 Players Case for SOULCKER/G.G.Martinsen/Grtdhx/iPod Nano/Sandisk Music Player/Sony NW-A45/B Walkman and Other Music Player with Bluetooth. Fit for Earphone, USB Cable, Memory Card"
A:AnswerHello, momchris!
It depends on the format of the audiobook that you're listening to. You may check this link below for the list of the supported format of the walkman.

A:AnswerHi, dkwarren!
Unfortunately, this unit only displays Roman alphanumeric characters. You might be able to transfer files with non-roman alphanumeric characters, but the walkman might not be able to display it properly. Regards, Sam
A:AnswerNo, it can't download apps like Amazon music or iTunes. Sony has a proprietary download that you have to make to a tablet or laptop. Once the proprietary Sony media player is installed on the laptop you can download and import audio files to the media player and then connect the Sony Walkman to the laptop with the provided data transfer usb cable and then transfer the audio files you want to the Walkman.
A:AnswerHi Kim55, Yes, provided that the system supports the following Bluetooth profiles:
-A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile)
-AVRCP (Audio Video Remote Control Profile)
