QuestionAt work I am allowed to have one earbud in my ears at a time so I can hear what's going on around me, is there a way to have one charging and the other in use so I can switch back and forth and always have one charging? This is kinda a deal breaker.

- Answer No. You can use the left one by itself but not the right side. The left side controls the power of both sides. So if it's off so is the right side.

QuestionHas anyone been able to pair this headset with a Mac book Pro or apple TV? Not showing on the Bluetooth list on either devices, I have reset both systems, turn them off and on nothing happens. Are they only to be use on Phones. They works with my iPhone.

- Answer I was able to pair it to my MacBook Pro. I would try doing all of the recommended things such as restarting everything, try re-pairing the ear buds to MacBook. It did take a me a few tries to get it, so don’t give up!

- Answer its just a add-on to previous thread i posted. want to clarify that sound quality and signal flow while playing music and video is pretty good on both left and right piece. but what i need is that while playing games like pubg, i can hear only from lest ear piece some thing which happens during phone calls. please fill me with resolve on problem. if not iam happy to return the device. thanks.

QuestionDo these have varying levels of sound cancellation? I like to hear outside noises while biking but still hear my music. Also complete noise canceling ear buds make uncomfortable to talk on phone. Echoes terribly.

- Answer Yes, there are 3 levels. Off. ambient mode, and noise canceling. I did not try any of these features on a phone call though.

QuestionI have WF-1000X. I have constant connection issues where one drops audio in and out, very short battery life and they fall out of ear while walking down the street or lifting weights. Does this new model have the same issues? How is the ear fit?

- Answer See my review. Ear fit is great IMO. They have a little rubber gizmo that keeps them nicely in place (although the same gizmo does make it a little more difficult to get them correctly into the case. Anyway, it took me a few days to figure out the best way to insert them, but since then they don't budge when they're in my ear. Battery life is OK. If you run noise cancelling, it sucks the battery life, so I'd recommend using noise cancelling selectively if you want longer battery life. As for connectivity, it's been perfect. They pair easily and stay paired. And good range.

- Answer Not entirely sure but it does happen on my iPhone and Note 9 once in awhile... if it's happening more than that it's likely something with the Pixel. I've never had good luck with any of the phones Google made including the Pixel 2.
