You have 14 days to return them from original date of purchase. I opened mine and returned them no problems. I put all the packaging and the earbuds on a ziplock baggie along with the receipt.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, you can return it if it has been opened, but only within the 14 day period after the purchase date can you return it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have been told that I can’t at the store. Paid $240 for AirPods 4, tried them and was disappointed with the active noise cancellation. Wanted to upgrade to AIRPODS pro and was denied the exchange on the 14th day after the purchase. This is very frustrating, especially knowing that I could have paid less to Costco (with full refund within 30 days) and that Apple would have taken them back should I purchased them there.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I was told i had 15 days. I shoo at best buy all the time and at the very least i know they give you a week. I purchased the protection plan because i had rrad some reviews about how over time you may have a pair that starts to act up. That goes for any tech though. My golden rule is if it's original price is over $200, im getting the protection.
