• Any bluetooth device, but like apple stuff working better with apple products, these work best with android devices and a few other non apple devices.

• I'm unsure which kind of PC you have, however if it has Bluetooth capabilities, then it should be able to connect easily. I have a Dell laptop and Android phone; both connect within a minute max.
