There is an auto off to preserve battery life. For the 1000XM3 the timer for the auto off can be adjusted or turned off through the Sony Headphones Connect app.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The headphones are automatically set to shut down after 5 minutes of inactivity. Do you have the Sony Headphones App? You can adjust the time that needs to go by before they turn off automatically or you can turn it completely off. The feature is there to conserve battery life in cases when you forget to turn off your headset. Look in the app and you should find the option to turn that feature off. Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the same problem. Battery is fully charged and in Connect App its set to "Do not turn off" for power. There is no specific setting for automatically switching from noise canceling to ambient sound in the app but this keeps happening on my Pixel 3. Is there any solution to this as it's very disruptive while listening to music to have to switch back from ambient sound to noise canceling every 5-20 minutes.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I heard it could be your battery needs to be charged. I know other brands do that when the batteries are low
