QuestionI paired my headphones easily with a WEE Connect connected to my TV. I went into another room and paired with my iPhone for playing music. Returning to the TV the headphones would not connect to the TV. I had to reset and repair. What did I do wrong?

- Answer I use it with my VIZO Bluetooth tv and it connects easily. The sound quality is also great. I don’t think it’s effected by apple or non-apple products.

QuestionWell I must be doing something wrong. My brand new qc35ll are paired via Bluetooth to LG smart TV. No problem except cannot turn up the headset volume loud enough. Can hardly hear anything. Using them for the Amazon fire. Also have wireless docking Sony.

- Answer The Sony WH-1000XM3 does work with an iPad. When you download the free App from the Apple App Store you have complete control of all the features of the headphones. The are the most comfortable headphones I’ve ever owned, and the sound and volume are awesome. I recommend them.

- Answer The main issue I have faced is the touch controls become fritzy and unpredictable in cold weather like pausing/skipping tracks unexpectedly (and this was outside at about 5 C). It could be there is a batch that is not working properly but I haven't gotten a replacement yet so can't verify that. One workaround is to use the cable during cold weather since this deactivates the touch controls but then you lose the advantage of having touch controls! I am hoping this is a bad batch instead of general design issue since it makes them nearly unusable for outside commute (without a wire). This issue has come up in various forums. Sony, please advise on whether there will be a fix for this or if this is due to a bad batch.

- Answer I believe they are on backorder. I tried to order some from my brother and bummer, out of stock completely at all Best Buy locations near me AND Bestbuy.com. Best thing to do is wait a month and order asap when you see it because they sell FAST.

- Answer No, you need a flat eq to be able to hear everything as simple and flat as possible these headphones are focused on the low end which is the overexaggerated bass.

- Answer The first answer is wrong. Yes, the noise cancelling works with the wire also (not just Bluetooth), However the up and down volume controls on the right side do not work when wired. But since you are wired, you can control volume by the device you are tethered to. Cupping the right ear to hear ambient sound still works when not on Bluetooth though.

- Answer I looked at their ad and the $199 is for the WH1000XM2 not the XM3 (unless they label the ad incorrectly). The XM2 is going to be selling for $199 and under quite a few places.

- Answer These are better in virtually every single way than the WH-CH700Ns. I've used both and the sound quality, the noise cancelling, and the comfort are better in the XM3, and that is why that cost a bit more. The 700s are really good, the WX3s are the best NC headphones on the market.

- Answer Best Buy has a return/exchange policy with a certain amount of time. If you fall within those guidelines, I don't see why not. Although, brick and mortar stores do not typically offer "upgrade" options to newer models that come out, so to explicitly answer your question -- most likely not.
