Sort of. If you press the right ear for 2 seconds it will both mute your mic and mute the audio feed. I don't believe there is a way to mute the mic while still listening, which is often what you want to do in meetings for example.

For added info, there are +/- buttons for volume, a play/pause button, and a button for noise cancelling/ambient modes on the right ear cup and a power button on the left.
