- Answer the batteries in headphones are not smart batteries so just follow what the instructions say or go less. anything higher might fry the battery

- Answer Hi J, Thanks for your inquiry about the WH1000XM4 headphones. Using a USB charger with an output current of less than 1.5 A would work. However, the charging time will increase, and the music playback time after 10 minutes of charging will decrease. A USB AC adaptor capable of supplying an output current of 1.5 A or more is recommended for optimum performance. - Answer My experience says NO. I have three late model, high-end Samsung TVs. None work adequately. The interface seems to bog down the sound processing and after about two minutes, the audio is between .4 and .5 seconds late. It is maddening. Sony support is yet to address the issue. Tier 3 simply told me they do not work together. Otherwise, such a great headset.

- Answer I refer everyone to 2 resources for their Best buy products- 1st search YouTube videos for the precise problem you're having. If no luck then 2nd option and is to find a helpful person in Best buy in the appropriate Department. The Best buy techs that I've encountered over the years seemed genuinely happy when problems are solved. Don't always need to stop off at the tech desk although sometimes we can default to that counter and find real solutions even though you might not have purchased the proper protection. They really want to keep their customers. I can see it in their eyes these days as Amazon slowly erodes away at local retail stores.. I have NO link at all with Best buy other than they've done really well by me and I have purchased total tech.

- Answer That depends and varies by store. And what type of sale? Refurbished ones are on sale right now (05/20/22) on Amazon. Stores often have sales based on inventory and when the company decides. Just check your local store to see what types of items they will be putting on sale. Or do a Google search for a sale on this item.
