Hi Mark, Thanks for your inquiry! You can use the supplied headphone cable. However, the plane's entertainment system must have headphones audio out port. Additionally, they include a plug adapter for in-flight use, allowing you to enjoy the in-flight entertainment system. Some airlines may require this adapter in addition to the supplied 3.5mm headphone cable. If the airlines allow using Bluetooth headphones, then you can use it wirelessly. To use Bluetooth headphones, you will need to connect Bluetooth transmitter to the headphones jack and pair with your headphones. Hope this helps. Regards, Jess
