A:AnswerMake sure your Bluetooth is turned on on your phone and make sure the speaker is charged. After that, tap the Bluetooth button on the speaker and look for the name on the device list.
A:AnswerI only had that problem when using it outside or in direcr sunlight. The speaker can ocerheat. If you keep it shielded from the sun, i.e. shady area and keep it cool, it continues to work. I bought a second one and paired them together and they work phenominally.
