It took about 7 to 8 hours to fully charge from 0 power
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It depends on how long you wore them, to determine how long to charge fully...I wear mine at work for about 6 hours per day...so when I re-charge it takes maybe 1 hour..and yes the red light goes off when fully charged..

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.According to Sony, the model MDR-XB950N1 Wireless Headset can be charged using USB only. As per Sony, a personal computer with a USB port is required. Be it your PC or some other USB port, you should be mindful of whether your PC or other USB source is powered on, and you see a shining red light near your power on/off button on your headset. How long it takes to charge the headphones would seem to depend on how depleted is the battery and its condition. I was able to fully charge my new headset in approximately one to one and one-half hours. After fully charged, the red light simply goes off.
