“Does the 75" 850D support 3D?”

• I am buying this TV today after speaking with the Best Buy rep in my local store at length on Sat. I asked about 3D and he explained that this TV does not support 3D. He said that based on the overall lack of utilization of 3D, the 2016 models from the manufacturers would rarely (if at all) offer this feature.

• I see both yes and no answers, so, from what I get if I play a 3D movie in my Sony BRD player that does play 3D movies it would show up alright on this TV. I have not tried one at this time but will soon. I have only had my TV for one week.
