“How is the battery life on the xperia 1 and do this phone have overheating problems like previous sony xperia phones ?”

• The battery has been suprizingly good. The phone gets hot when recording 4k HDR content but it's not shutdown on me like others have mentiomed.

• Right now the battery is lasting longer than my old phone. My old phone had a 14nm chip but the Xperia 1 has a 7nm chip. This can help with power efficiency. I have not had any overheating issues with the Xperia 1 yet. That's even when playing heavy process intensive games. No issues.

• surprisingly. It is very very good. I came from a galaxy s10. which has a little more than milliamps. and it lasted less than this sony Xperia 1.
