A:Answer The manufacturers warranty is one year with service to be provided at the discretion of the provider you purchased your phone through...they can either repair, replace or return product to the manufacturer, however, if returned and the manufacturer determines there was no warranty problem you will be responsible for all expenses. I would suggest you purchase the 1 or 2 year warranty with the Geek Squad through Best Buy at the time of purchase. Personally, I went with the two year warranty. Hope this helps.
