POWER CONSUMPTION - 100W POWER OUTPUT - Sony hasn't provided that information in any of the specs I've seen, but is around 1000W
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The most reliable measure of a speaker's power-handling capability is its RMS POWER RATING (Watts). This indicates the maximum continuous power a speaker can handle safely. PEAK POWER (Watts) or MAXIMUM POWER are NOT a proper way to measure a speakers usefulness, due to the distortion and potential damage to your equipment. Beware of speaker manufacturers advertising unrealistic (1000 to 6000+) WATTS of power handling!!!

Unfortunately, we do not disclose how many wattages our Bluetooth speaker outputted because watts tell incomplete story when judging a speaker’s performance. A high wattage in a Bluetooth speaker does not always indicate better sound quality. While a higher wattage means that the speaker can handle more power and produce louder volume levels, it does not necessarily indicate better sound quality. Other factors such as speaker design, driver size, and frequency response significantly determine the speaker's overall performance and sound quality. A well-designed speaker, with high-quality drivers and a balanced frequency response across the entire audio spectrum, will sound better than a speaker with a higher wattage but poor design or low-quality drivers. Hope this helps. With Omnidirectional party sound, feel the groove in every corner with six tweeters around the front, sides and rear for clarity. The X-Balanced Speaker design for the woofer produces deep, powerful bass, alongside dedicated midrange drivers for vocal clarity, even when you turn up the volume. Six tweeter units in the front, side and top will give clear high-frequency sound all around. With up to 25 hours of battery life the XV900 will keep the party powered all night. Thank you for your interest. Regards, Marco
