Call your local Best Buy and ask for an actual Geek Squad agent to come to your home. You also can call their 800 number but you may get a third party sub if you do that. Beware: Best Buy subcontracts with third parties. I had a terrible experience with a third party installer who had no idea how to connect a Sonos system. I had to call Sonos while the sub stood around and did nothing. You may have the same experience with your Bose system.
