Q: QuestionI bought a new television and I have 5 speaker that’s hooked up to the receiver, 2 of the speaker work plus the subwoofer but the other 3 speakers don’t have any sound.

Q: QuestionI bought a JBL sound bar with woofer a couple of years ago and now the woofer doesn't work. I can't get the woofer to sync. I've tried reset about a dozen times. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or maybe the sound bar is no good. Help

Q: QuestionI called the 800 number to request service for Basic Audio set-up for my new 55" TV. The automated system offered me the option of getting a call back within 18 minutes. I opted for that. I'm still waiting and that was nearly 2 hours ago.

Q: QuestionI would like my Roku sound to come through my stereo receiver rather than my tv speakers only. My tv does not have an arc port. The Roku currently is pluged into my tv's HDMI 1 port. The receiver does not have an HDMI port.

Q: QuestionI need to install an HDMI cable from behind a wall to connect a new receiver with UHD TV. There is an existing wire run from the AV closet behind wall to TV. But existing cables are all RCA. The run is ~ 10-15 feet. Can you handle?

Q: QuestionI have a stereo system with B and W Matrix 802 speakers powered by Adcom amplifiers in bridged configuration. My old subwoofer died and I bought a new Goldenear Forcefield 5 to replace it. But I can’t figure out how to wire it. Could you help?

Q: Questionwe have a Vizio bar and speakers. depending on the media, TV, Fire Stick, PS4, and what we are watching, Netflix for example, the volume is different. any ideas why we have to crank it up for Netflix just to switch over to Fire stick and have it scream?
