To fix the issue, we kindly ask you to try the following tips: - Ensure the earbuds can be charged and turned on. - Delete (forget/ignore) the pairing records for the earbuds on your device (phone/tablet/etc.) and turn off the Bluetooth. - Reset the earbuds: 1. Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the case open. 2. Press and hold the button on the case for 10 seconds until the LED indicator on the charging case flashes red 3 times. Then wait for 4 seconds until the LED indicator rapidly flashes white. This confirms that the reset was successful and your earbuds can be connected normally. - Turn on the Bluetooth on your device again, search for “Life Note 3i” and pair the device to see if that works. - Try with another device (phone/tablet/etc.) and see if the issue is the same.
