QuestionHas anyone had issues with the corners cracking and/or splitting? I’ve had mine for one month—one corner is split in two and the other three are cracked. Usage has been light/minimal at best, so vey disappointed.

- Answer Mine also has cracks on all 4 corners and some pieces have broken off. It has never been dropped. Very disappointed!!

QuestionI have an iPad Pro 9.7 that came out in 2016 M192LL/A Will this case fit? It says it fits the 9.7 2 versions in that size ...different model numbers. I also have an iPad Air 2 and am confused. How can it fit the Air 2 and the iPad Pro ?

- Answer Yes, but all Balance Folios do fit. Look at the description on the Front of the package or on-line description to be sure. All 9.7 inch iPads are the same length and width, but older models are slightly thicker. The Balance Folio I got (sku 45709 0423) has a soft bottom liner that accommodates the thickness differences of iPad models. If the Balance Folio model does not fit all models, the package or on-line description will say so.

QuestionWill an iPad 5th Generation Model MP2F2LL/A fit this protective case? My iPad measures 9.50" wide by 6.625" high. Diagonally it measures 11.25" corner to corner. It measures 9.70 diagonally for the visible screen.

- Answer I do not have a screen cover and feel as if I do not need one. I don't use my iPad very often but I've carried it coverless in my pocketbook sometimes and the screen remains pristine.
