Is this case better than otter box defender null

It is less bulky. I looked at both and liked this one better.

I guess it depends on how rough you are with your phone and case. To me, it’s pretty sturdy for dropping etc.

Absolutely. The otter box is very nice however costly and very bulky. Your phone looks like a brick with the otter box. I like to put my phone in my shirt pocket and the otter box is too large

In my opinion, yes. Usually with the Otterbox you are just paying for the name. Plenty of better cases and this is one of them.

It depends on what you're wanting out of the case. It doesn't have the belt clip and it doesn't have the extra rubber padding for shock absorption. But it is a little cheaper in price, fits the phone perfectly, has a nice lightning port cover, the lens cutout is on par and prevents it from getting scratched when laying down because the case is a bit thicker. I own both the otterbox and Speck, and I much more prefer the Speck. It fits better in my pocket and it still has that thick rubbery padding in case you drop it. With both phone cases however you will get lint/hair/debris on the cases cause of the material, but just wipe them off with a wet paper towel or cloth.

Can’t speak for the defender case , it does not cover the screen I have to imagine it’s less bulky than the defender It’s a great case

Depends on what you’re using for. Otter box has more protection features. Speck is going to keep it simple and slim but overall awesome protection

This case does not slip out of your hand and does a great job at protecting your phone, it is more a personal preference I think, Otterbox can break easily sometimes.
