make sure the hose are all tightened correctly

If it's a newly installed washer, we recommend checking that the fill hoses are secure so they don't leak. Then, we'd check to see if water is coming out from under the machine, or if it's backing up from the home's standpipe. If the standpipe, this could be a sign the installation needs adjusting to meeting the required specifications, a sign of a plumbing issue, or it could be a sign of excess sudsing. If excess sudsing, try reducing the amount of detergent to around two tablespoons. If you've noticed the water coming from direcly under the machine, or you've checked everything else and still notice water, please connect with our Customer Support at 800-552-5475 (Monday to Friday; 8:30am – 4:00pm Central Standard Time).
