• No, this is simply a protective case for the Apple AirPods Pro first generation. There is no built-in lithium ion battery. However, there is a cut out for the lightning connector at the bottom of the case in addition to this case supporting QI wireless charging. You do not have to remove your AirPods Pro from this case in order to wirelessly charge. It will allow the wireless charging through the case and into the AirPods Pro case.

• it's a cover, you can charge your airpods with it, with the regular charging cable, through a hole at the bottom of the case.
