It can, but i have the motion lights etc. Turn off because i have a dusk to dawn light, and my camera is black so at night and day it's not noticeable. In sleath

Yes, the Ring Spotlight Cam Pro has the feature to notify that the person detected is being recorded. Here are the steps to turn this feature on or off: Open the Ring app. Tap the more icon (•••) on the camera you want to access. Tap your device's Settings. Tap the Smart Responses tile. Tap Motion Warning. Turn Motion Warning on or off. You'll need to define at least one Motion Zone in order to activate Motion Warning. Motion Warning volume cannot be adjusted for any Ring device.
