QuestionIs there any way to get the digital code now so I can pre-load the game?

- Answer i called them on the phone and they told me it can take up to 8 hours to make a code for people. no emails were sent out yet. which i also am wondering why they did not have any of this prepared

- Answer Hey I called them numerous times and was told 4 to 8 hours and lastly 24- 48 hours. Followed by a email saying its delayed I bluntly told them they should have pre said that so people whom purchase it knew there be a wait and not expect it the day they claimed. Apprently they are having issues giving out codes!

- Answer At the current pace and the way they are treating us customers, it seems like we will never get our Pre-order Bonus....I would just contact Square Enix and tell them whats going on since other people who pre-ordered this game from others stores immediately got their pre-order bonuses already... Also do not buy anything from Best Buy anymore...

- Answer Being that the game was released and distributed through curbside pickup, Best Buy does NOT have the code off hand. If you gave them a valid email address for preorder through the website, be sure to check it periodically, as they will be playing catch-up while sending it out late to the email that was provided, due to the current events of what's going on around United States.

QuestionFF7 This is the first and last time I buy from best buy. The game showed up a day late and the preorder bonus still has not arrived. Don't try calling the call center. If they get tired of talking to you they just throw you into the queue to stay on hold.
