Just sat on hold with them for an hour and a half, and was transferred to 5 different people only to be told that apparently it is a "known issue" that they didnt' get enough download codes, and said to give it 24-48 hours, despite the 4 previous people I spoke with somehow not knowing this. And apparently that won't stop them from scamming customers by leaving up the digital download purchase in their store, as if they have available copies for purchase. I cancelled my order, purchased it through Steam, and I'm already downloading the game. I'm not shopping there ever again.

What is the point in buying through them if it takes so long. Wish I’d known. Will never buy anything from them again, digital or otherwise
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had to cancel the order, I waited almost 24 hours and experienced many or the same issues as others. After I contacted multiple people they told me it was going to take another 24 hours to get a response. I was lucky and the regular customer service helped me get a physical copy near me. The digital department is where the issues are. I love best buy but I have had multiple issues with online codes. Purchase physical @ BBY or steam/origin.

I won't order from them again in this format. I could have went to the store and bought and had it downloaded three days ago! In this day and age, inexcusable and Frustrating.
