I pre-ordered over a month ago, and received this today. I also pre-ordered for my son on PS4 on the same day. Haven't received a cancellation notice on that pre order bonus yet. They became available later, and BB automatically sent them to me. Usually nothing more than a Steelbook case, but I also got a coffee mug for one. Think it was Gears of War 4?
