Yes. There's an app for everything nowadays, in this case Hotstock app is what i used to get mine

Please try again later.Best thing to do is add the item to your "Saved items" and check there when you can, I don't think they restock (IF they have more to offer) late at night, but check throughout the day when you can. When I have seen them go live is in the later mornings around 11am pacific time but they literally could offer them at anytime, that is "IF" Best Buy has more allocations yet to offer their customers.

Best advice is click the version you want (XBOX or PC) as a "saved item" and check that often throughout the day and evening. While it is very limited I believe Best Buy, etc will continue to offer them in waves at random times, but for how long is anyone's guess, eventually they will sell out completely.
