The wireless router has a good range but it will depend on how many walls are between you and the wireless router. If you have a large house or just want to use a better wireless router, you will need to buy another adapter from Starlink so you can connect an ethernet cable. It is called "Ethernet Adapter" and cost $25 on Starlinks website. We have a large house so I bought a Deco Mesh Router. With the adapter you can connect one Deco to the Starlink Wireless Router and spread additional Deco routers throughout your house and maintain high speeds. There is a setting you need to change within Starlink Router (via the app) called bypass mode. You turn that on when you connect your own router to it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. At 40 ft through 2 blockwalls and metal roof I get half service to my cameras but it is still enough for 4g continuous uninterrupted survice. Check out Jcriston on youtube he did an actual distance test and his videos helped me set up my mesh network for starlink that give me service all over 30 acres.
