Is this Starling system actuated or non-actuated? null

Non- actuated, it has a fixed base and has to be manually pointed.

Non actuated. You have to adjust the alugnment yourself.

I wouldn't know someone was to come on april 5th, april 12, and today so far no one has come to put it in. We have paid for them to do it.
