Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You have to have a Steam account, and it can only be used in Steam. Either login to your account in a browser or open the Steam desktop client (while logged in), go to your account details (upper right corner in both), and "add funds."
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I see this is over a year old so perhaps this information might help someone else if not you. You log into Steam, then in the top right corner, click on your Steam Name, select View My Wallet, than middle right side, select REDEEM a Steam Gift Card or Wallet Code. It's the second line down below See My Account Details. The Steam Card will have a place on the back of it that needs to be scratched off. Don't worry you won't hurt the code under the scratch off material. It's up to you if you want to add dashes and spaces but it's not necessary, just type the digits you see. Also they are NOT case sensitive so don't worry about caps. Just be careful with things like ZERO and the Letter O they look very similar but ZERO is always elongated whereas O is more round. Then hit enter and it will pop up that X number of dollars has been added to your Steam Account to be used as you see fit. In the rare case that the code doesn't work, make sure to double check the numbers, and enter them again. If you're sure that the code has been entered correctly call Customer Service to get a new Card or Refund. If you purchased multiple cards on a single receipt it's likely that only the first card purchased was activated instantly and the others will be activated, someday. I suggest if you make multiple purchases to make each a single transaction to ensure instant activation per card and to have a single receipt per card. There is an open code on the back and the receipt has the last 4 numbers shown to match receipts per card. I hope this helps...
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You basically have a store credit for Steam. You need to redeem your card's code. You need to be out of big screen mode and look within the top menus. You'll see an option to add $ to your account or redeem a steam gift card.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don’t think you can do that
