• Yes! I have had this keyboard for a bit now and am in love with the options available to customize. The software allows me to change a lot of different things. So yes you can turn keys that aren't used off at will via the software.

• Yes. Color, Brightness, Layouts, Switch Tension and Macros can be set individually. Just fiddle around in the Steelseries Engine Desktop App.
