Linear You can set the travel distance of each key individually I’ve had cherry blue, brown, red and Hyperx red These blow them out of the water Cherry reds would be the best comparison

Please try again later.It's not *silent*, there's definitely a good bit of clickety-clack, it's just quieter than some of the other modern key switches with a softer feel to the sound. As far as the action itself - it's pretty linear on mine. I have a bad habit of resting the side of my palm on the ctl key area, and with reactive lighting on I see I get key presses without even realizing I've put enough pressure to move the keys. So not really a noticeable bump, at the point of activation. It does have a very nice feel, but probably not exactly what you're hoping for there.
