A:AnswerMake sure when connecting that you are also pushing the wifi button on the xbox. Once it connects your headphones will stop blinking. Then hold down the on switch for 3 seconds and the headphones will turn on.
A:Answeryes and no....... I'm on a desktop gaming pc with bluetooth connections and had issues with a crackling connection loss. Had to buy a xbox wireless adapter and it helped but still lose connection with them if I walk way more than 5ft from my computer.
A:AnswerYou can definitely hear direction. I actually felt I played better with them. I compared to the turtle beach 420 that I came from and with the turtles it sounds like someone in front of you is behind you. Only thing is, the artics dropped sound a few weeks or so after using and now no longer will connect even with reset. Go wired!

A:AnswerTo connect to both a PC and your phone you have to use the microsoft wireless adapter. These have both a microsoft wireless and a bluetooth channel, that’s how you can play games on your xbox (or in this case PC) and phone audio. That said, I do also have connection issues with PC audio.
