“I used to stream on my PS4 with this headset a while ago. I never had issues and suddenly the mic doesn't work anymore. This has been going on for a while. I've checked the PS4 settings and nothing. Am I doing something wrong? They're basically new. HELP!”

defective your standard warranty will cover it its pretty common buy a nice headset while its in the mail and return it in 14days, sorry brother for the inconvenience.
