You have to purchase the steering control install, too. It's pricey but worth it in my opinion.

Please try again later.No, in order for the factory radio control buttons to work with an aftermarket radio, an adapter must be purchased ($40-80 depending on the model you need and where you buy it), and then there is an extra labor charge to have the adapter installed, which when I had it done, was $59.
