Mine has done the same, only 6 months old! Plugging and replugging does not help. What should I do next? I even removed the cover to see if a fuse needs replacing, but didn’t find anything.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.apparently the blanket plug was slightly loose. I jammed it in tight and wha la, it worked. Simply unplugging both the outlet plug and the blanket plug did not do the trick.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same problem, but found a bug in their electronics it seems. So after plugging in and pressing Power, I noticed: - says 8 - quickly shows 4 - then starts flashing F - faulty. I decided to do it again, and plugged it in: - pressed Power - then quickly and repeatedly press the Down button - it drops to 1 - it's working! My guess is heat counter gets stuck in a state greater than 4, which would trigger the F - faulty.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Thank you for contacting Sunbeam®! We are sorry to hear that your Sunbeam® Heating Pad with XpressHeat shuts off and starts flashing F. This is caused by the cord not being tightly connected to the pad or if it's plugged into an extension. We suggest you to perform these steps: 1. Unplug the power cord from the electrical connection. 2. Unplug the cord from the heating pad. 3. Re-plug the cord into the heating pad and make sure the connection is secure and complete. 4. Re-insert power cord back into a wall outlet. We hope this helps!
